About product returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 days after receiving it. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must fill in the withdrawal form and send it to info@insapeauto.lv. The Buyer covers the return shipping costs, except in cases when the product does not match the order.

The right of withdrawal and product returns do not apply to automotive paints, spray cans, and touch-up pencils that have been mixed to order. We also do not guarantee paint compatibility if the color shade has not been specifically matched at our service — in person.
